Roz Murphy

Roz joined OCMA in 2000. In addition to being an accomplished architect and design team leader she is one of the most highly regarded authorities on healthcare design and clinical planning practicing in Ireland. She has a Masters (MSc) in Planning Buildings for Health from the Southbank University Medical Architecture Research Unit and combines a vast knowledge of healthcare architecture with a particular skill in the development of briefing documents for healthcare facilities.

She brings not only a healthcare planning specialism to the task of brief development, but an architect’s deep understanding of the spatial needs of healthcare facilities. Her expertise set out strategic and key design aspirations even before a Design Team is appointed and allows the creation of a focused brief for the team of people who will design and deliver the project.

Roz is the Healthcare Planning Lead for the practice.
