Construction Begins at North Dublin Surgical Hub in Swords

We are delighted to share that construction has commenced at the North Dublin Surgical Hub in Swords, Co. Dublin. This project, commissioned by the Health Service Executive (HSE), marks a significant step in the national initiative to establish new surgical hubs across Ireland.

Upon completion, the hub will serve as a dedicated facility for day elective services, featuring modern amenities such as new operating theatres, procedure rooms, treatment rooms, and recovery areas.

Situated within the Swords Business Campus, the project involves the sustainable re-use of an existing building, covering approximately 3,800m2 to accommodate healthcare services. Construction began in March 2024 and is led by John Sisk & Son Ltd.
