Victor Lowe

Victor Lowe became Director in OCMA in 2008 and is a highly experienced Architect with over 30 years’ experience in delivering complex healthcare, residential, public realm, and infrastructure projects. Known and respected for his client-focused approach, he ensures projects meet strategic objectives while providing practical, high-quality solutions.

Victor combines strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of modern methods of construction, enabling him to translate complex healthcare design challenges into innovative, efficient, and buildable outcomes. He has successfully led nationally significant developments from initial concept planning through to completion, coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clear communication with client stakeholders throughout.

Alongside his architectural leadership, Victor brings extensive experience in Health and Safety, ensuring projects he manages are delivered safely and efficiently.
